First Migrane

I had my first migraine yesterday. Sickness, an exploding head (or I wish it would have exploded). It lasted from 4am till 11pm, probably due to the 8 hour shift in between. No thinking was done in that shift, I was a waitress zombie. I thought I was just dehydrated and kept drinking water!

Wonder if it is stress related. I am exhausted today!
