Noodles and CSI
OK. I broke my 1300 calories today and had half a pack of super noodles. 261 Calories. So I need to drop 500 cal to loose one whole pound. So today I might have lost a pound. Only 15 more to go. I suppose exercise will help. Kickboxing burns 500 cal in a hour, jitsu 600 in the two hours and spiing for 45 mins will burn 400 cals.
I need to make sure I do the better breaklfast thing, as I don’t stop for my 10am chocolate and crisps. Hmmm beans on toast….yum….no damn crumpets
