IBS and swapping regular pasta for wholemeal pasta…..

Right, now if you suffer from bloating and god forbid, IBS like me it seems swapping white pasta to brown pasta stops that bloating and pain that follows. Its kinda helps…

I was good an Dr Gillian and threw in some Omega-3 seeds and things, sunflower, soya, pine nuts and pumpkin seeds. You can’t taste them but they are good for you. So that is my current Dr Gillian advice, swap the white for the brown!
