A Lactose Free Lunch
Fresh Tomato and Basil soup with a sprinkle of Essential Seed Mix from the diet doctor (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried soya beans and pine nuts)
Wholemeal and Oat fresh roll
6 squares of Green and Blacks Maya gold to finish. I have found solace in Maya gold and Mint dark chocolate, even though it is made is a factory that makes products containing milk, it has no milk ingredients.
I am also only eating till I am satisfied and not eating because it is there. So this is not a diet, its a lifestyle change that hopefully I will loose weight doing. Seen as though I can only eat french fries at 100cal a bag anyway….
Other things I am cutting out is bleached products (white bread, white pasta) and replacing them with wholemeal and also sweets and refined sugar. My sweetness will have to be my boy, he is my sugar.
