Thirteen Things Red HATES about ebay
1. High Fees for small value items
2. Lack of ebay shops visibilty
3. Promoting shill bidding in their UK adverts
4. Having listings pulled for wrong reasons
5. Automated responses for everything
6. God like delusions of granduer
9. Ending listings and keeping fee’s
10. Forcing paypal on ebay transactions
11. Banning google checkout
12. Policy changes every 5 minutes
13. That you can’t sell online without its traffic. We need a real competitor

This list cracked me up. I’ve not used ebay too much for these reasons.
Thanks for stopping by my TT!

I have only been there a few times. We could not find a stuffed “Bambi” that our daughter wanted for one of her birthdays. We found it on e-bay. A few other things that you can’t find anymore in stores are in there. I don’t know about all the business side of it but from your post it sounds like a nightmare.
Terrific Thursday Thirteen!
My TT is posted.
Have a wonderful day!
Happy TT’ing!

I have only sold one thing on ebay…and stopped buying things there. It just ended up not seeming worth it to me.
My TT is up…come on over…I promise there aren’t hidden fees!

It really irritates me when people try to make a huge amount of money off shipping/handling. Like it costs $2 actual postage and they’re charging $6. I don’t mind paying for packing materials, but I don’t think time and materials costs $4. You pay more for shipping/handling than you do for the item!
I think ebay isn’t as good a value as it once was

(Hope I’m doing this right). We’re trying to start an e-bay business. It’s hard going….!

The ebay bug has not bitten me yet! I am thinking that delusions of grandeur to carry-over into the blogosphere do they not???

I’m only a buyer…not a seller…and I have had nothing but good experiences with my e-bay purchases. It probably has lots more issues for sellers.

I agree with you. That’s way I almost never do something on e-bay anymore. Pity, because in the beginning it was great fun!
Thanks for visiting my handbag TT!
