Well its worked for me in less than a day. After drinking camomile tea this morning and leaving it 30 minutes before breakfast. I have lost the water retention and bloated feeling. I have had camomile and lime flower after my lunch too, as lime flower has similar properties. I will use it sparingly so I don’t get bored of it.

Bagels for Lunch - Lactose/Milk Free Lunch Idea

New additions to my milk free list are Sainsbury’s own cherry bakewells and Jam Tarts!

Right! Take one fresh bagel, cut in half and spread red pepper houmous and add real peppers and iceberg lettuce. If you like tomatoes and other salad this would work but the tip is to use houmous as a butter replacement!
