- Milk chocolate has been replaced by Green and Blacks Maya Gold
- Leek and Potato soup with CREAM has been replaced by Tomato
- White Bread has been replaced with brown
- White pasta has been replaced with brown
- Milk containing crisps have been replaced with french fries
- CSI has been replaced with ‘Life from Mars’ Sorry Grisom, its only temporary
- My phone system at work has been replaced with a ‘Press 1 for’ robot
- My ‘tolerance’ for emos has been replaced with disdain
- My ‘work’ music fad of Bryan Adams has been replaced with ‘Gossip’ - OK I don’t know why the ‘Adams’ either, it must have been a childhood fad, but I was tapping my foot all day at work!
- My free time has been replaced by AVON (I am now an Avon lady)
- My wages have been replaced by car insurance
- Myspace fad has been replaced by this very blog……
- And finally. I have been replaced by my mom in my cats affections. I spend 3 night as week at my boy’s and my cat falls out with me when ever I get home. Cats are such a sulky species.

Fresh Tomato and Basil soup with a sprinkle of Essential Seed Mix from the diet doctor (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried soya beans and pine nuts)

6 squares of Green and Blacks Maya gold to finish. I have found solace in Maya gold and Mint dark chocolate, even though it is made is a factory that makes products containing milk, it has no milk ingredients.
I am also only eating till I am satisfied and not eating because it is there. So this is not a diet, its a lifestyle change that hopefully I will loose weight doing. Seen as though I can only eat french fries at 100cal a bag anyway….
Other things I am cutting out is bleached products (white bread, white pasta) and replacing them with wholemeal and also sweets and refined sugar. My sweetness will have to be my boy, he is my sugar.
Ok, Kerrang radio has finally drummed bad music into my brain and it might be rotting at the sound of the killers and their brethren. But two songs that HAVE played which I like are ‘Standing in the way of control’ by Gossip
and ‘Famous last words’ by MCR. Last night I watched the ‘I’m Okay Video’ and finally I understand emo hair. The lead singer in his earlier days could not be bothered with a hairstyle and after a bit of flinging about his hair is all over his face! Now I get it….they want to be like the lead singer of MCR! But now he has had a hair cut (comes with getting a wage and not just gigging for your dinner) so he no longer has the ‘hair in face, never brushed never washed’ look….so why do the new ‘Rock/Goth’ generation aptly names ‘EMO’ still have ‘hair in face’ syndrome? Don’t they know you can’t drive like that? Also, the drain pipe jeans went out in the 80’s and in the guys can kill off your ’soldiers’?
Madness. I would probably like MCR if it didn’t make me think of the local 15 year old emo’s who attempt to chat up a 26 year old gothic type like myself to look cool. I am not cool kids, I am just weird. Its burlesque and not goth….and no, I am not going to make you any dreads.
