Calorie Check Wednesday

Every Wednesday I am going to check my calorie intake, so I can make sure I am not over eating without obsessively calorie counting everyday.

Tortilla Chips: 164

Houmous: 77

French Fries x2 :200 - Bad bad liz

Jelly beans: 94 - What????

Water : 0

Soup and bread: 174

Apple: 40

Fruit Bar: 89

Cereal Bar: 90

Total: 754

Wow, regardless of all the CRAP I have eaten ( going to eat, soup and roll is dinner) My calories are surprisingly low. My sugar went through the roof after the jelly bean sin. Its because I stayed at my boys last night and have little fruit from home. Wow, without the dairy my calories are very low. Means I can sneak in two lines of green an blacks Maya gold at 104 calories. I think its the soup. You can’t get many calories in non dairy celery soup! I need to reduce my sugar intake. I am going to ban all coke/lemonade at the weekends while I am waitressing. Water only. I get through a litre of water easy every day at work, especially if it is volvic. For some reason can get addictive.

So I gave up milk products…..and within a week I have lost an inch…..I am still eating chocolate, crisps…..nice things….OK, no cheese, no butter and quite a lot of foods missed out, but my belly is flat! Its flat! I didn’t know my stomach had a ridge under all of that water retention!

I love everything in pink!

I might have a strange take on the themes, but the softest thing for me is holding a kitten. This is Orion, whom I lost to fading kitten syndrome at 3 weeks. Her genetics were against her. (Ok I thought she was a he to start with)
